Review and approval

From translated to approved, without leaving the workspace

A translated file is not a finished file. Someone has to read it, correct it, and sign off on it before it goes anywhere, and that handoff is where most of the delay lives. SpectrHQ runs assignment, review, and approval as part of the workflow rather than around it.

Assign

An admin assigns a file to the reviewer who should see it. Reviewers see the work assigned to them and nothing else.

Review

Reviewers work segment by segment against the source, editing and approving in place.

Notify

Admins are notified as work progresses, and reviewers are reminded when files are waiting on them.

Confirm

The admin confirms the approved file and downloads it, ready to deploy.
