Translated files stay in the workspace without a plan expiry, so your records outlast your subscription period.

A compiled record of actions taken in the workspace, attributed to named users, for internal audit and oversight.

DPA, security questionnaires, MSA and SLA terms, and invoiced billing, handled as part of the process rather than as an exception.
Governance
Control that survives a security review
Confidential translation fails on two things: who could see the document, and who could prove what happened to it. Both are answered in the workspace.
- Documents are processed only on infrastructure SpectrHQ operates and controls, and are never sent to any third-party AI service.
- Admins, editors, and reviewers operate under separate, role-scoped permissions. Reviewers reach only the work assigned to them.
- Your terminology and approved translations stay inside your workspace and are never used to train shared models.
- Activity records show what was done, by whom, and when.

What procurement asks first
How is our word capacity defined?
As a contracted annual allowance sized to your volume, with overage terms set in the Order Form rather than by a published rate.
What are the limits on file size and number of files?
Both are set in your agreement. The published plans cap file size and files per upload; Enterprise sets them around your content.
How long are our files kept?
File retention is unlimited on Enterprise. Files stay in the workspace until you delete them, with no plan expiry.
Can we get a data processing agreement?
Yes. A DPA is prepared for each Enterprise agreement. Send yours or ask for ours.
Will you complete our security questionnaire?
Yes. Send it with your demo request and we will work through it directly rather than pointing you at a policy page.
What is your SOC 2 status?
Our programme is under way, with Type II expected in 2027. We run on SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure today, and current security materials are available under NDA during procurement.
We need separate environments for several subsidiaries or clients: Is that possible?
Each subscription covers one workspace, and unlimited projects separate work inside it. Where you need isolation beyond the project level, separate environments are scoped and documented in the agreement.
Can we contract for requirements outside the published plans?
Yes. Integrations, service commitments, separate environments, and any other requirement are expressly scoped, documented, and provisioned before activation - so nothing is assumed on either side.
How does billing work?
Enterprise is an annual agreement, invoiced. Payment terms are set in the Order Form.
Can we evaluate the product before contracting?
Yes. The free trial is live and takes no card. Most teams run a real document through it before the security conversation starts.
